Bread Guttiau is a remake of the classic bread Carasau.
Its unique taste is given by’ addition of’ olio d’ Olive exclusively Sardo.
Also ideal to accompany appetizers and snacks.
The Recipe
As the Carasau is prepared with a unique blend of durum wheat semolina chosen specifically for this bread, an addition of sale marino, olive oil, yeast and water, as tradition says.
Precision machined and checked to ensure that its flavor reflects all tastes of the ingredients used.
